Last week, the FIC (International Cybersecurity Forum) took place from 5 to 5 April in Lille, France. Top Sector ICT attended the international Trade and Innovation Mission of dcypher and the Dutch cybersecurity community. In addition to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and ONE Conference, 15 promising entrepreneurs also formed part of the delegation. The delegation had its home base at a pavilion shared with seven exhibitors. This was an excellent venue for hosting complementary sessions, business appointments and high-level meetings.
Trade and innovation missions such as this one make a valuable contribution to positioning Dutch ICT innovation in the international context and to the future formation of cross-border public-private partnerships that benefit our European society and business community. The FIC provided an excellent opportunity to see, meet and speak with the entire European cybersecurity ecosystem.
