At the start of the day, Eddy Boot (director of dcypher) and Petra Oldengarm (director at Cyberveilig Nederland) opened the Innovation Expo in a well-suited manner. The Innovation Expo gives the opportunity for companies to showcase their work and current projects, while connecting with the visitors that are present during the day.

The break-out sessions are the perfect opportunity to learn more in-depth about several topics that are related to the field of cybersecurity. dcypher as a host also collaborated with the presenting parties to make the program as diverse as possible. The program consisted of a mix of academics, business and government, who want to scale up their ideas abroad. For next year, we will make sure to reserve a bigger room as the interest for these sessions was very high!

Also a new addition to the conference is the Matchmaking Lounge. This area is specifically designed for attendees to converse, connect and inspire each other. During the day many conversations took place and surely, today will bring a new round of brand new conversations.

An overview of the full events have been captured and recapped in this aftermovie; looking forward to day 2!
