The Dutch ACM (Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets) is the supervisory authority responsible for enforcing competition and consumer protection laws, including those related to data sharing and data intermediation under the Data Governance Act (DGA) and the Data Act (DA). In this CoE-DSC Community Meeting the ACM will tell more about the DGA and DA and the role the ACM plays in this field.
